Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has gone into production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once production has started. However, if you contact us quickly before the 11am ET cutoff time, we may still be able to cancel your order.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.80 for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from the United States through our trusted production partner.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories.

When will my order ship?
If your order is placed before 11am ET, it will usually ship the same day. If it is placed after 11am ET, it will ship the next business day.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has shipped, the typical delivery time is 3–8 business days. This includes handling (1–3 business days) and transit (2–5 business days).
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Outlying Islands may take an additional 2–5 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Do you accept returns?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for wrong size, preference, or change of mind. Refunds (or replacements) are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if required to resolve damaged/defective/incorrect orders.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will provide a refund or replacement for eligible issues.
(Replacements apply only to defective/incorrect items and are not exchanges.)
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is required due to an error on our side, we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping.

Do you accept exchanges?
No. Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
