Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, preference, or change of mind.

Return window (damaged/defective/incorrect items): Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
(Replacements apply only to defective/incorrect items and are not exchanges.)

How to request a refund
Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Refund eligibility
Refunds are offered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original condition if a return is required

Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. A photo is usually sufficient for resolution. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. If a return is required due to an error on our side (damaged/defective/incorrect), we’ll cover return shipping.

Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank.
