Returns & Refunds
Our products are made to order, and therefore all sales are final, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
(Replacements apply only to defective/incorrect items and are not exchanges.)
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the issue
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered only if the:
• Item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Request is submitted within 30 days
• Item is unused and in original condition
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. A photo is usually sufficient for resolution.
Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank.
