Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, preference, or change of mind.

30-Day Quality Guarantee (damaged/defective/incorrect items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Return window: 30 days from delivery
Return shipping cost: Free (if a return is required for an eligible issue)

This guarantee does not apply to sizing issues, personal preference, or change of mind.

What’s eligible

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You contact us within 30 days of delivery
• If a return is requested, the item must be unused and in original condition

Replacements apply only to damaged/defective/incorrect items and are not exchanges.

How to request a refund or replacement

Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the issue

Do I need to return the item?

In most cases, you do not need to return the item — a photo is usually enough to resolve the issue.
If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. If a return is required for an eligible issue (damaged/defective/incorrect), we’ll cover return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

Refund process

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank.
